Shipping policy

  • Shipping is within 7-10 business days (weekends and holidays are not included) since all items are costumed made. It might be earlier all depends on the carrier to deliver
  • All orders are taken care of from the date that you placed your order
  • All tracking information are sent to the same email you used to placed your order
  • Make sure you check your spam folder if you don't see your tracking information in your inbox 
  • If after the 10th business day (weekends and holidays are not included) you have not received your tracking info in your inbox or spam folder, you can email me at bellamiatreasures81@gmail.com with your order number and the date you placed your order
